We do not collect trading data, account balances, position history, or any information from your NinjaTrader session. The Software runs entirely locally on your machine.
We do not use your data for marketing without explicit opt-in, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary for payments and license management.
All payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. You can review their privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy.
When you activate a license key, a hardware fingerprint is stored on our license server to enforce the 2-device limit. This fingerprint cannot identify you personally and is not shared with third parties. It is deleted upon license expiration or by request.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (including session replays and heatmaps) to understand how the site is used and to improve content and the purchase flow. If you visit from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil — or if we cannot tell where you are — they load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. From other countries they load by default and you can switch them off at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject, they are not loaded. We learn your approximate country from a request to our own Cloudflare-served site; we do not store it. These tools may set cookies or similar storage operated by Google and Microsoft under their own policies. We do not use Facebook Pixel or sell personal data for advertising. The site stores your language and cookie choices in your browser’s localStorage. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts. Our pages embed YouTube videos through the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; YouTube (Google) may process technical data such as your IP address when a video loads.
