We do not collect trading data, account balances, position history, or any information from your NinjaTrader session. The Software runs entirely locally on your machine.

2. How We Use It

• Activating and validating your license on up to 2 devices.
• Sending your license key after purchase.
• Responding to support requests.
• Communicating important updates to the Software.

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit opt-in, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary for payments and license management.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. You can review their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

4. License Server

When you activate a license key, a hardware fingerprint is stored on our license server to enforce the 2-device limit. This fingerprint cannot identify you personally and is not shared with third parties. It is deleted upon license expiration or by request.

5. Data Retention

• License data is retained while your license is active, plus a reasonable period for billing records.
• Support communications are retained for up to 2 years.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time — we respond within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral tracking. The only data stored in your browser is a language preference (localStorage) for the interface language selector.
