Quick start

Installing the Suite in 3 steps

Download and import the .zip

After purchase, you'll receive a download link by email. In NinjaTrader 8, go to Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On and select the .zip file. NinjaTrader will handle the rest automatically.

Open a chart and add the indicator

Right-click on any chart → Indicators → search for "RiskReward" → add it. The floating panel will appear on screen.

Activate your license

On first launch, the Suite will prompt you for your license key. Paste the key you received by email and click Activate. The system registers your machine automatically.

Common issues

Quick answers

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there after 5 minutes, email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation and we'll resend it as soon as we see your message.
Make sure NinjaTrader was fully closed before importing. Restart NinjaTrader after the import completes, then try adding the indicator again. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of the error log (Help → Log).
Each license supports up to 2 devices. If you've used both and need to register a new machine, email us with your license key and we'll free up a slot — typically within 1 business day.
Make sure your NinjaTrader account connection is active and you have a valid instrument loaded. The Executor requires an active connection to a broker or sim account. Also confirm your plan includes the Executor (Full Plan only).
Check the trigger TP configured in the panel settings — Break-Even activates when that specific TP is filled. Make sure "Auto BE" is enabled and that you entered positions through the Executor (manual NinjaTrader orders are not tracked).
Log in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal using the link in your purchase confirmation email. You can cancel from there at any time — no fees, no questions. If you can't find the email, contact us and we'll send you the portal link.
